Hunting + Fishing

This was a big day for me as it was my first ever hunting season since I got my license. This was my first deer. I was lucky to be greeted by a beautiful sunset as I field-dressed.

Reading

My two favourite genres are historical fiction and memoir, though I’m known to be sucked into a mystery novel now and again. I hope to inspire or influence my students to find pleasure in reading. There are loads of advantages to being a good reader. A good reader can gather and interpret information more efficiently, leaving more brain power for critical thinking.
